Clear and quick
Booked on the website but also spoke to customer services who were very helpful as I’ve not visited the Isle of Man before and we are coming for next years TT.

Thank you for sharing your feedback and for your time on the phone.
As discussed, your complaint was sent directly to the Isle of Man Railways which was out of our control for the delay in response to your complaint.
I've spoken to Isle of Man Railways and they have apologised for the inconvenience caused for the cancellation of their Steam Railway service. They understand the cancellation was not ideal, but this type of situation is common with heritage railways due to their age. It's in their T&C's that their schedule services are cancelled from time to time at last minute.
We hope this doesn't deter you from visiting the Isle of Man or booking with us again.

Verry helpful, had a problem with the ferry being booked up so they sorted out a different ferry for us, and answered any questions we had, all good with us, thanks
