It offers me more of what I need such as bifocals.

Yes I will continue to use them as my vision care provider. The benefits they had in 2020 were better than 2019 and I had to pay out less and got more when I got my new glasses in Nov 2020.

I choose it when i signed up for my benefits. Will change asap

Very poor plan. You can pay all year and not use it but when you use it you still paying TO MUCH OUT OF POCKET. Will change plans when enrollment comes around. I do not recommend this plan to...

I have reviewed the claim on-line filed by Pearle Vision in Norman OK. I see you paid your normal $15 fee for lenses and received free Anti-Reflection, UV, and Scratch Coatings and an upgrade to polycarbonate lenses at no charge. We look forward to talking with you to understand more about this situation.

There is no hidden fee/The only draw back is I don't know the lenses/type

My Dr. and opticians say you have the best eye insurance.
