I think that the explanation and details of the tours are quite straight forward and easy to follow.

Avoid this tour!
I dont recommend this tour. It’s very waste your time and it’s not same as they advertised. They picked up me at 5:50 am at my hotel . And I could start my tour around 2pm. And finish at 3 pm. Then...

well worth it, great day out
Fantastically organised with excellent tour guide who made it great day out. Can't fault any part of it, very good itinerary leaving us with a great memories

Very good
I have used Viator many times, most recently for a Dallas sightseeing bus tour. I have been very pleased with the various options for tours and excursions. Their app is very user friendly as well.

Confirm if there's an actual tour.
We changed plans so we could accommodate a tour that we saw was available on Viator. At the time the tour was supposed to take place, no one showed up, no e-mail/phone call was sent to let us know...
