The 5-star rating is for the prompt responses when application forms were needed or invoices from our vet due to be paid. The 5-star is not for the monthly cost, which at £85 is rather steep, when...

Thank you for your review regarding your VetsMediCover pet insurance policy. I am sorry to hear that the claims process took some time to be assessed and that you had to follow this up.
Our claims team are still working remotely and have been extremely busy during the past few months. However, irrespective of this, it is still important that we keep our customer updated on the claims process and so I will refer this back to the claims team manager in order to see what improvements we can still make.
