Our Claims Team have been extremely busy within the last 6 months and the Team has been increased to accommodate the demands of our customers. We do now have the option of downloading a blank claim form from our website so customers can obtain a form without having to contact the Claims Team first. This can be found at ; www.vetsmedicover.co.uk/how-to-make-a-claim. Your Claim Form was returned on November 22nd 2021. As Claim assessment is taking between 3-5 weeks you should receive a response from the Claims Team in the near future. Whilst we do not wish to receive such feedback, our Policy terms do clearly state what is covered or excluded within each type of cover level. It is impossible to display all of these points within the website or via your purchase journey, which is why we advise customers to read through their Policy Documents in full.
