Dear Customer, Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback with us - We completely understand your frustration regarding this and offer our sincere apologies for the inconveniences caused. We do not ever want any of our clients to be unhappy with the service provided. Your original order placed on July 9th sadly was not delivered due to a Royal Mail complication. We did advise that if you needed the medication imminently to consider a new order with express shipping (the standard delivery time is 2-3 working days) and that we would be more than happy to replace the missing one but that we could not send a replacement until the first order has not arrived for 7 working days. This is because if it had arrived along with a replacement order, we would have over dispensed which is against the law. On the 21st of July we processed a completely free of charge replacement of your order and dispatched also with free of charge express delivery and this is what arrived on the 26th, unfortunately your original order is still missing. We have refunded you the Express shipping from your second order placed with us, we offer our apologies again.
