generally very good no issues as of yet
simple and easy to use - tailored to us and able to provide specific insurance for our sunbed and contents cover along with staff and public insurance

We thank you for your feedback and the time you have spent doing this. I have spent quite a bit of time trying to find any trace of your first 2 calls but couldn't find anything, I regret. You contacted us to renew the insurance after it had already expired, but this happens a lot with our clients and, as you mentioned, can be dealt with fairly quickly. This means that I can't imagine why any members of staff here would have dodged dealing with you! However, if you have the name of the member of staff you spoke to, I will have another look at this and can only apologise that you didn't get dealt with on your first call.

No, you are wrong. I telephoned to renew my insurance about three days before it was due for renewal. How can you say that I let the insurance lapse if you have no record of my telephone conversations with your staff.! I am not saying that your operative deliberately dodged my telephone calls, I am saying that they did not carry through with what they promised to do - i.e. get in touch with the broker. I do not have the name of the operative. To reiterate I contacted you before the policy expired - why would I wait until it had expired? I accept your apology but even so I will be looking somewhere else to renew my policy next year as I was fed up with having to keep chase you up for a response.
