I have checked our records and confirm that because you have changed the type of work that you undertake, your policy of 5 years was no longer suitable. Unfortunately, we simply can't insure everybody for everything and couldn't find a new policy to suit your new circumstances. We thank you for your valued custom over the years and wish you the very best with your new insurers.

Hi Ray.
That is the point I was doing nothing different but to continue with the policy I had to agree to not include Project Management in my scope. This I was able to do as for a number of reasons I only work part time.

I have looked into this and apologise that we have indeed mixed up your email address with the wrong name. This mix up is only in respect of our submission to Feefo and is nothing to do with our normal records. And - just to compound the problem, we cannot now change anything with the Feefo record, so this response will be addressed to the wrong John!!!
