We thank you for your feedback and the time you have taken to do this for us. We are, however, baffled by your response! Your previous insurance with us expired at renewal on 10th June 2016 and, we assume, you continued your cover with a different insurer after this. You took a new policy up with us on 25th January 2017 and your documents were emailed to you on the same day. We are very, very sorry that you have received bad service from your previous insurer and ask please for you to alter this review to reflect the service that you received from ourselves.
