Answered all my questions, putting my mind at rest very quickly and efficiently.. hopefully never need them but if i do i hope they as good as we think they are.

Helpful but I asked for a hard copy of the Policy document but never received it.

I can only apologise - the data we submitted to feefo got mixed up when the spreadsheet was put together. We will change the way we do this in future and are very sorry for the confusion caused.

So who did you mix me up with. Did Feefo (who ever they are) not notice that my email address was nothing like the addressee name. This must have been the case for your whole file. Maybe a few hundred people all mixed up

And you continue to address this to the wrong person. I am not a Mrs and am not a female. My surname is not even like Ravetz and not alphabetically close
Finally I am not confused. Maybe bemused but doesn't anyone look at this stuff
