I would by them again
Been using it for a year and everything is good

When you renewed your policy recently, we didn't receive any negative comments from you - please could you contact us and let us know where we have let you down and we will try our very best to put this right for you.
Meanwhile, we sincerely apologise that you did not receive the empathy that you should have had.

I’ve rated them average because I asked them to send me a receipt for my records,but was told they would only send an email and if I wanted a paper receipt I would be charged £5, I didn’t agree with...
