Between the 8/06/2020 - 29/06/2020 we sent 6 emails. These included your Welcome Pack which attached was your tariff agreement and advised of where we were at with the switching process. A final email is sent on the day the supply goes live with us, we would recommend checking your junk/spam folder of your inbox to check these emails have not gone into there.
Once a supplier received the opening readings, these are sent to the industry for validation to ensure the readings fall in line. This process can take up to 32 days, your previous supplier received these within 9 days.
