Over priced fan colour faded within months

I do not expect an $800 ceiling fan to fade from a wood tone to a yellow green colour in a year when installed indoors, bright room, away from direct sunlight. To be fair the fan was replaced, but...

I've looked at the tracking information, and it looks as though your order was delivered within 2 business days. While the usual ETA for delivery to your area is 1 business day, please understand that we can only give an approximate timeframe for delivery.
