Unfortunately, sizes and names differ from a country to another. Therefore a UK king size bed is different from a US. I am sure you would understand that this is not an easy fix, and I am sorry that the apology hamper pack did not change your satisfaction. I am sorry to read that you had concerns over your security deposit as this is one of our standards procedures. All deposits are released after our final check-out inspection, however, once we refund it, it takes between 5 to 7 days to reappear into your account. We would always gladly reassure our guests, even after departure, by sharing all relevant information such as the Acquirer Reference Number (ARN) to help chase the transaction from the bank. (When ARN is available) I take notes of all your comments.
