Well received the comments and the feedback you had for us so far and I reassure you that would be our constructive feedbacks to improve our guest experience. Few things we would like to explain a bit more regarding to the issues you raised. We could under the property is located at a very prime location and near the train station and that might have some noise . To manage guest expectation, we had actually put the photos of the location and the construction nearby and have the reminders put on all the booking platforms for the guest who are interested at this property is at really busy location. As mentioned previously this property is at a central location and that would make the traffic busy , it could be quite common for people to take 1 hour going out considering London is a big city. As a luxury service provider, we have our service team operates 7 days and respond to the questions that the guest might have. We would always offer the guest relation team for further inspection and the cleaning team for the second service if necessary f if cleaning job is not up to standard. Guest are always welcome to flag to us for any issues. We are here to help and provide assistance. Apologise that we could not react to you during your stay as we only receive the comments upon check out.
