I didn’t receive the item to this day. Still waiting!

8 days after order and shipping of the item and I’m still waiting. How can I trust such a service?

Unfortunately due to Royal Mail experiencing strikes it is having significant delays on some of our parcels, we are working as hard as we can to enable our customers to get there meds as quick as we possibly can. Now 20 days after I ordered medication for my cat Ned. You have managed to send me yet another email to ‘review my purchase’ that still hasn't been received. Im guessing you will refund the delivery costs and compensate me for the £80 it cost to go back to the vets to get some interim medication? Needless to say, you wont be able to compensate Ned for the stress or discomfort he has experienced through this period! Totally unacceptable……
