We will be discussing what happened internally regarding communication with the hotel about your husband’s allergies and also be in touch with the hotel directly regarding your experience whilst away. I am pleased to know that you were well looked after in the lead up to your holiday but again can only apologise you did not feel this standard of care was not continued throughout your holiday and once you returned home.
