Thank you very much for your feedback and I do agree, generally the product on British Airways is better than Kenyan Airways, however although flight times are similiar on the return leg the outbound flight involves an overnight in Nairobi incurring additional expense and eating into time at the safari camps.
None of this explains why you were not offered or least told about the alternative routing with British Airways, so please accept our apologies for this oversight.
The only other point I would like to make is, unfortunately, I can't see in our systems retrospectively if seats were available at a similiar price on British Airways on your chosen dates but, as a prefered partner of BA, I can only surmise that this might have been the reason our consultant didn't suggest British Airways to you.
Once again, please accept our apologies and thank you for taking the time to write to us, I will pass your comments onto the team here so we can improve our service the future.
