Took our money and no tickets upon arrival

When we arrived at the Dolly Parton stampede they did not have our tickets and no record of my purchase. NOT GOOD!

2nd time purchasing! Great customer service!! Love the flexibility

The service was great! Had to cancel and rebook last year due to some of our party not being able to travel! Quick refund allowed me to rebook almost immediately!!!

Sherry, thank you for reaching out. We are so sorry you found the process to be more difficult. That is the opposite of what we want. We have been working with Anakeesta to streamline admission due to valued feedback and positive changes are happening! Look for a new ticketing system in February of 2022! We hope to see you traveling in the future.
