We're sorry to hear that you didn't have a pleasant experience at the hotel. Our reservation system is designed to allow any area lodging property, show or attraction to list their own product. All reservation information on our site is provided by the vendor directly to represent their own property and the manager's of these properties are also responsible for handling any in-house issues regarding reservations. Feefo is a tool we use to ensure our guests' booking experience is up to par. We hope your booking experience with Tripster went well!
