WILL NEVER USE THESE PEOPLE AGAIN! Was promised a refund due to the park being closed, and they changed their minds! HORRIFIC CUSTOMER SERVICE!!

We are sorry to see your review. The cancellation / refund policy is listed by the venue directly and they are not offering refunds for weather. Some attractions may currently be unavailable due to lightning in the area, but as soon as the weather permits, the attractions will re-open. If some attractions have been unavailable for more than one hour, you may visit the guest service window within the park to be issued a rainy day ticket that allows you to return to the park at a later date for no additional cost. If the tickets are not used, you may use them any date for the 2023 season.
