Yes and No
Service from Trip Advisor is good. Where it falls apart is communication with actual operators of local tours and activities. I appreciate TA broad oversight, but there needs to be responsiveness...

Booked bus transfer, after paying found bus was too small for our luggage, cancelled bus. Refunded within 5 minutes. Great service thank you.
