Regarding venue facilities, as Abingdon Airfield is one of our multipurpose venues and is primarily an airfield, what facilities that are available to customers there may be limited compared to say, the motorsport venues such as Castle Combe that this experience is also hosted at. We do advise customers in our terms and conditions that, except in the case of severe weather conditions and associated warnings, to dress and equip appropriately for experiences, as these will proceed in all weathers. Regarding the photo and video package purchased at the venue on the day, as this was purchased directly from the supplier of this experience at the venue independent of what was sold through our website, any issues regarding this will need to be taken up directly with them. Good afternoon, We are just getting in touch regarding the review you left us yesterday on the Double Supercar Drive for Two experience at Abingdon Airfield you booked with Trackdays. Thank you for your patience whilst we investigated the issues you raised with the supplier at the venue in respect of the delays in waiting times you experienced. Unfortunately the delays incurred on the day you attended was owing to a shortage of instructors they could not replace in the time span they had on the day, for which they have asked us to extend their apologies. Regarding vehicle availability, whilst you can suggest which vehicles you would like to drive on a certain experience, these will be subject to availability on the day. As we are the acting agency selling the experience on behalf of the supplier through our site, we have no representatives at event days run by the suppliers at the venue, so we are unable to provide specific availability information for certain vehicles ahead of time. They have also apologised as regards to the condition of the vehicle and the size of the circuit layout used. All their cars undergo regular maintenance, so they have advised they willbe investigating the issue with the leaking oil as a priority. They want every young driver to feel confident and excited during their session, and they apologise for this not being met on this occasion. They have also advised us that they will be reviewing the setup and instruction provided for the Under 17s Junior First Drive experiences going forward to help improve the overall experience.
