Recent purchase
Not very good at all ordered 3xxx got 2xl top & 1xl bottom no neck warmer as listed sent balaclava instead but could not fault the returns process

Not happy.
Absolutely shocking!
Ordered a Fox bivving for next day delivery, one week later no bivvy and still no confirmed delivery date.
I will not be ordering anything else from them.

Looking at your order details I can see your initial order was lost with the courier, and sadly we had to open courier investigation, and we resent a replacement which was dispatched on the Friday, and received on the Saturday.
