Order didn’t arrive and no response to email

Delivery booked for Friday 26th, didn’t arrive. Emailed but no response. Called on Wednesday to be told order was not loaded. Order is now re-booked for the following Friday.

Was kept well informed by email prior to delivery, on the day the delivery was given a time slot which was very reasonable the delivery was made with no effort and the driver was very professional...

Product was good value, however they failed to deliver on the nominated day. Phoned me at 2pm to say it wasn't going to happen and that it would be next day. Lost a day already but never mind, now...

Half the order was delivered

I ordered 7 bags and only 4 arrived. I had to lay turf the next day and it was only me chasing it up that the other 4 arrived the next day. Not reliable enough to use for business purposes.
