Thank you for your feedback and I can only apologise if you felt that the feedback from the 37 viewings that we arranged on your property was not of a standard that you expected.

I have taken a look at the viewing notes from your property and it appears to me that the feedback provided was not generic but that we received very similar feedback from many of the persons that viewed your property; reflecting issues such as property condition, works required and concerns over the area.

Unfortunately, the feedback that we receive for a property is out of our control and although, we do provide honest feedback to our clients so that they can understand the market positives and negatives - at times it can be quite difficult for a home owner to receive unfavourable feedback, which is understandable.

That being said, we were very happy to have agreed a sale and managed this through to completion on your behalf and thank you once again for your business.

I completely disagree with what you are saying and I have copies of the generic emails that I can send to you. I asked for more detailed feedback on several occasions and was told that you couldn't give me any. Also, once there was an offer accepted on the property, you never once contacted me to keep me updated on the sale. It was always me contacting you to chase up. Please check your records on this.

It would really help us if you can provide a little more information as to why you felt it was an inexperienced sale.

I can see from the notes on file that Michelle and Reece both dealt with your sale and that we liaised between you and the purchaser, including whilst your were out of the U.K and had paperwork completed and signed in our offices as well as our client account used for the transfer of funds for the sale.
