Ordered August 20th still not arrived today is September 3rd. Contacted tieroom was asked to just keep waiting no apology

Hi Lance,
you contacted us Friday gone, and we politely asked you if it was possible for you to wait a few more days, in case it was just a postal delay, due to missorting at the post or similar. If in a hurry we would have immediately arranged a resend, with DHL if necessary, but you concurred, saying you didn't need it until September 12th, and would update us on Tuesday September 4th (tomorrow).
You're of course perfectly entitled to be disappointed about a delay, delays are by no means acceptable to us either, which is why we asked for you consent before proceeding as we did. Speedy delivery is one of our key selling points, as well as customer service. We always send orders the same day as ordered, if on a weekday before 14.00, else the first following weekday, so I can assure you we are equally disappointed and frustrated every time postal services don't live up to their end of the bargain. And we always agree to re-sends if a delayed shipment is needed in haste.
We'll definitely make sure you have your stuff in time for your event, that much you can count on.

I can confirm that I have now received the items. Whilst this is still well before the time I need them, I was disappointed at the delays in delivery. This is not the first time I have had these issues when ordering online Which is why I always order well ahead of time. If you would not like these kind of reviews I would suggest holding out on sending emails asking for a review until the client has what they ordered. Having now received them items I can confirm they are in fact of great quality, exactly what I was after and I would order from you again. I would just make sure I did so well ahead of time. With that in mind I am now willing to change my review from 1-4 as like I said before great quality items. My advice to anyone else wanting to order from your site is do so but well ahead of time.
