The situation was swiftly resolved and you were presented with the safe and fast but somewhat expensive option of DHL courier which has proven to be the best option when shipping to South America. We also offered you free shipping with standard post.

DHL is expensive to Chile, yes. And you should know you are still not paying the full price as we cover part of it.

Custom charges are indeed a nuisance and paying them upfront would be a better experience. I will look into if we can implement this.
