Hi! Sorry to hear you were unhappy with our service. Communication is one of Tieroom's top priorities and customer service is generally very appreciated by the vast majority of our customers. - Reg. non-acknowledgement of returns - we used to confirm every single refund, but a while back, a heavily increasing amount of returns forced us to stop that, to be able to prioritise getting the actual refunds done as soon as possible, as well as handling new orders coming in. At the moment we only communicate around refunds when someone asks. This is something we regret and hope to remedy in the future, but at the moment and as things are developing, it's hard to see it.
