Very straight forward process
Straight forward and easy to use. I did have to phone up customer services to change the lead name as I wasn't going and it had my name on the tickets and they were more than happy to help.

Booking service was good
The booking service was good. Only thing I was unsure of was when the free parking starts, is it only during check in times?
