I placed 2 separate orders on 24 November. It took 5 days to received one item (2nd class post) and I still have not received the second item.

Our usual our Free delivery schedule is 3-5 working days and we are experiencing a very busy period at present. We have since sent out a replacement order which we hope you have now received.
