Staff member I spoke to was helpful, informative and knowledgeable. She was easy to understand and clearly a user of the product I was enquiring about.
No notification that goods had been posted. Phone enquiry suggests they have been lost in transit. Replacement promised: watch this space! Clearly not the fault of This Works, but they nevertheless...
