In seeking to fix this as quickly and efficiently as possible though, there was a slight breakdown in communication this end. Our production team took the request to send "a lid only" to mean the personalised part of it rather than the whole lid, including the personalised part. Ordinarily we would have been able to fix this second mistake just as quickly as the first but we were undone by the postal strikes and immediately offered you a refund for the faulty item. Dear Diana - thank you for taking the time to leave feedback. We did take your concerns on board at the time of your original issue and have reviewed what happened. It would seem that we were perhaps a little over-ambitious in our desire to help. It's quite tricky when we are at an event to communicate special instructions back to the studio who are all very busy with online orders and clearly this was the main cause of the issue. Once you made us aware of the non-delivery we did move to resolve it as quickly as possible with a full refund and kept our communication to email as you informed us you were travelling in Asia and we did not want to call at the wrong time given the time difference.
