Thanks for your feedback. My apologies for the poor performance on the delivery. We have difficulty with the size of the pillows and in an attempt to keep freight prices as low as possible we use a number of different carriers for delivery. We will be instituting an Australia post delivery option for people such as yourself who are not home during the day for delivery so parcels can be picked up at the post office near by.
