Thanks very much for your feedback. With regards to your negative service rating can you please let us know where we have gone wrong. Our records show that order was placed on a Friday and was dispatched on the monday via Australia post so would have thought it should have been with you on the tuesday or the wednesday. If this wasn't the case i do appologise and please let us know if there were any issues with our staff here or anything else. With regards to the shape of the pillow the contour can take a little getting used to but normally with a bit of playing around with either the inserts or the noodles a good level of comfort can be found. We have also had people cut the pillows to suit their needs and an electric knife can help to tailor a solution when the other options have been already tried.
