We have tried to address your concerns when you contacted us, however it's really difficult to understand the issue. Apparently the tickets you bought should not be priced the way they were? Our website is very transparent and the price shown will be the price you pay at the checkout, it does not change throughout the checkout process. Possibly there was some confusion on your part regarding this? We tried to clarify the issue as much as we could but could not really get a coherent reply.

Theatre tickets cannot be held more than 10 min in the basket to ensure availability to all customers. West End shows do sell out quickly and it would be unfair to let basket items be held more than the time needed to check out.
