I sincerely apologize that you did not find the alternate seating as an acceptable solution. However, I can confirm that the seats booked in the GRAND CIRCLE had a restricted view due to the safety bar in front of the first row, and therefore were moved in the same pricing area seats in the Balcony which were higher but had a full clear view of the stage. The only time, the theatre feels the need to change the seats is when they are moving it from a Limited view seat to a Full view seat which falls in the same price category. However, we fully understand your decision of not accepting the alternates and I can confirm that your order has been cancelled and an Immediate refund has been issued. I hope you will be able to give us another chance to serve you better in the future. Regards Theatre Tickets Direct
