Delivery late and item out of stock

One item was out of stock, but did get a refund. Had to contact the works as delivery was way past what they said, the items eventually arrived. Won’t be using them again,

Better delivery times

Poor communication, my parcel never arrived. I had to ring, apparently was lost in transit and the only option I had was a refund.
