I ordered my SUP Sunday evening and although I was promised next day delivery, I'm still waiting for it to arrive and it's now Tuesday evening

Richard, Thank you for taking the time to leave us feedback. Very disappointed to hear that your order has not arrived on time. Your order was dispatched on Monday 5th December (the first working day after your order was received) on a next day service as promised with our couriers Interlink Express. You should have received an email and SMS notifcation of this. We have just checked Interlink Express's shipping review and can see that for no clear reason your parcel has been held by them and is scheduled for delivery on Wednesday 7th December.
We will contact Interlink Express first thing on Wednesday morning (tomorrow) for an explanation as to why this delay has occured and contact you directly with this information. Please accept our apologies for this delay and the short comings of Interlink Express.
