Our staff to child ratio is 1:8 at our Holiday Camps so you may have seen one group of children having fun! We pride ourselves on ensuring children feel nurtured, safe and happy with us. Thank you for your feedback 💗 We were delighted to welcome you last week to our Harborne Holiday Camp. We mentioned that it would be ukulele on the phone to yourselves. This is also outlined on our website on our individual Events pages. Our Ukulele teacher is called William and is truly fantastic - as noted by our Ofsted inspector last week too. We also mentioned on the phone that parents are required to bring in a pack lunch, water and a coat. This information was also sent to you via email upon your booking with us via your "Essential Info". At the top of this email, we have our Parent Info Guide that has all important information in regarding a booking with us . We also include our "Parent Info" in our Confirmation Email that is automatically sent via our booking system. Finally, the cost of a day with us is £40 alongside 10% sibling discount. We passionately believe this is good value for what children receive and is a similar price to most other brilliant Holiday Camps in the area too. Thank you again for your feedback.
