We’re so pleased to hear that your son enjoyed his time at the holiday club, and we really appreciate you taking the time to share your experience with us. Regarding the ukuleles, we do state both on our website and in our Essential Info that instruments are available for free hire. We will look into why your son, along with some of the other children, was unable to take one home, as this should not have been the case. We also take note of your comments about communication around the concert and the end-of-day arrangements. We do mention that we have a concert in our Essential Info and also in our 6pm Newsletters. We understand how important it is for families, especially those joining us for the first time, to have clear and timely information. We will review how we share these details in advance and at drop-off to avoid any confusion in future. To note, your child would never be alone at one of our Holiday Camps for any length of time as this would deem a safeguarding concern from our point of view and experience.
