Hello Philip, thank you for your candid review. I'm glad you were happy with your Tsavorite. Our apologies for the slow communication - we were closed for the Christmas vacation and this was clearly indicated on the website in the shopping cart. The annual post xmas sale takes place over this period and we clearly stipulate that delivery will be in early January once our offices reopened. Normally our communication is very prompt. Nevertheless, you make a valid point and we will strive to improve.

After spotting a gorgeous sapphire on their website, I purchased it. I was able to work with Antony and explain what I wanted. He had a beautiful ring made, which I received a few weeks later.

Good price, nice service, little info for international delivery

Service was fine. Only issue was they did not inform me about import paperwork for shipping. My delivery was delayed about 5 days while I filled out, submitted, processed my paperwork.
