Rest assured you that your Rowan tree is not dying. It’s a deciduous tree, so at this time of year it naturally begins to shed its leaves and enter a resting phase in preparation for winter dormancy. This is completely normal and healthy. You’ll find this explained in the 'slumber card' included with your gift. We’d really appreciate it if you could update your 1-star review to reflect this, as the tree is behaving exactly as nature intends. Of course, if you’re still unhappy for any reason, we do have a no-quibbles refund policy.
