Sorry to hear your item hasn't arrived to you yet - I have checked the tracking on Royal Mails website and it says:
"Sorry, we were unable to deliver this item at 13-06-2019 as the recipient is no longer at that address. We're returning the item to the sender."

We will contact the designer to let them know the item is being returned to them and will issue you with a refund right away.
