Easy to use web site. The only reason I haven’t given them a 5 is because I requested my policies to be posted to me and I haven’t received them yet.

Spoke to a rep on phone who didn't understand the trailer I was insuring and contradicted the on line info. Annoying.

Not far off great

Extremely helpful when I made an enquiry about multi-pet discount (no online information for this, however). A little modernisation of the web portal and it would have been a solid 5 stars.

The pet insurance for my two dog was Very good value for money especially my older dog policy. The servers was very friendly and good knowledge.
