Easy to talk to straight forward service, tried to do on website but it would not go back pages so had to ring instead.

I sent one email to your general enquiries and one to the lady that contacted me directly months ago when I took out my first policy for my first cat. no matter, as I'm very happy with the service but would add if you haven't had my emails it might need looking in to? I've had both policies for both cats and a good service other than that. ..and would recommend.
