Thank you for your thoughtful and detailed feedback! We're thrilled to hear that the Mera Peak trek met your expectations overall, and that you felt at ease thanks to the expertise of both our Nepalese local team and the UK guide. We truly value your insights on areas for improvement and will take everything on board for future trips to ensure we continue to provide the best possible experience for all our guests. Clear communication is key, so we will work on improving how we share details such as guide arrangements and tipping expectations to avoid any confusion. Decisions were made on the made on the mountain to increase individual summit success. Although it is great to always summit together we want to make sure that everyone achieves their individual goals in summiting the mountain. Our guide made the decision to make sure that everyone had the individual support to do this. Thank you again for sharing your experience. Feedback like yours helps us grow and improve, and we hope to see you on another adventure soon!
