Hi Anthony, Thanks for your feedback but I'm really sorry to hear about the tour leader not calling you by your preferred name. As you know, we've always called you Anthony in our emails and we have clear notes on our system to always do this. I can confirm that we also passed this onto your tour operator, in this instance Intrepid Travel, and stressed the importance of it. However, it seems they have not passed this note onto your tour leader in Mexico despite our efforts, so I'm very sorry for the frustration this has caused you.
