Could have been more helpful over getting an Indian visa

I am sorry about the issues regarding your booking at the outset, this was an issue with the operator we use, we have since fixed those issues. Very helpful staff. Well organised. Fabulous trip.. Would recommend. Only downfall was some of the itinerary was different to the information given, but that was down to the tour company.

Overall good other than the tour bus which did not have sufficient leg room

Helpful staff, information provided not forwarded to the tour rep which wasted time found being constantly connected to mobile phone annoying on the tour, it’s supposed to be an adventure
