Hi Joanne, Thank you for sharing your feedback. First and foremost, we are sorry to hear that parts of your experience did not meet your expectations. At Tenon, we take great pride in providing elevated, personalized service, and we regret that you felt we fell short. After reviewing your trip, our understanding is that our team remained in consistent communication before, during, and after your travels, and addressed updates as they arose. Some itinerary adjustments can occur during peak seasons, and we always work to communicate these in advance while ensuring that the core elements of each trip remain as booked. When a change did come up, our team acted quickly to assist. We covered the cost of a hotel night for your group, secured last-minute dinner reservations, reimbursed certain expenses, and worked with our supplier to ensure your refund in Inverness was fully processed. We are genuinely sorry that parts of the experience did not align with your expectations. We hope your trip still included meaningful moments and memories. Thank you for choosing Tenon Tours and for taking the time to share your feedback.
